Coach Fatime pitched four full seasons at Cardinal Stritch University, leading the team in innings pitched and strikeouts every year from 2017 to 2020. EVALUATE
Coach Fatime watches the athlete throw her first pitches without interrupting. She's watching the full delivery from start to finish to find the root cause of why control is off, velocity has stalled, or movement isn't breaking the way it should. By the time she steps in to coach, she already knows exactly what needs to change and in what order.

CORRECT
The athlete gets hands-on coaching on every single pitch for the rest of the session. Coach Fatime doesn't save her notes for the end or wait until after the hour is over to tell the family what she saw. The athlete feels the correction in real time, sees it on video between reps, and knows exactly what changed before she steps off the mound.

TAKE IT HOME
