A Softball Performance Plan Built for Her Age, Position, and Season

Virtual performance coaching for softball players from age 10 through college, written for her age and position and adjusted all season long.

Most programs give every player the same workouts. That's how young players get hurt and how good players stall. Soko Sports Performance tests her first, then builds a plan that fits the athlete she is right now while developing the athlete she is becoming.

Why Softball Families Choose Soko Sports Performance

  • Military-Proven, Softball-Specific: Coach Ian is a three-time Army Best Warrior and two-time Special Forces Commando winner. He spent years training soldiers for strength that holds up in the real world, not just in the gym. He now applies that same functional approach to the rotational power behind every swing and pitch.

  • Results in the Box and the Circle: Coach Ian works with Soko's hitting and pitching coaches, so her training targets the numbers that matter, exit velocity and pitch speed.

  • Written for Her: Her plan fits her age and position and changes with her season.

  • Protected While She Improves: Landing screens, arm care, and workload tracking help keep her healthy and on the field.

  • Proof in Her Numbers: She retests every seven weeks, and you see her results in the app.

Ian Inman, SSG (Ret.), CPT, ISSA Master Trainer

Ian Inman is a medically retired Army combat veteran who built his career on winning and on getting other people ready to win. He is a three-time US Army Best Warrior and a two-time US Army Special Forces Commando winner, and he graduated from Airborne, Air Assault, SERE, and SEMA. The Army awarded him medals for coaching conventional and Special Operations Soldiers to peak physical and mental condition, and for preparing young recruits for Basic Training. After being told he would never run again, he rebuilt his own body. Today he brings that same standard to softball players and works side by side with his wife, Coach Soko, on hitting and with Coach Fatime on pitching, so their athletes are ready for the next level.

Certifications: ISSA Certified Master Fitness Trainer, Certified Elite Trainer, and Certified Personal Trainer, with certifications in Strength and Conditioning, Youth Fitness, Nutrition Coaching, Health Coaching, and Tactical Conditioning. CPR/AED certified.

Soko Sports Performance Coaching

Train with a purpose all year long. Designed for softball players from age 10 through college, the Soko Sports Performance Program combines strength, speed, mobility, and fueling into one plan built for her age, position, and season.

What's Included - $297 a Month | Virtual Coaching

  • Baseline Assessment: A movement screen and performance tests that set her starting level.

  • Custom Training Plan: Strength, speed, agility, and mobility work in the app, with a video demo for every exercise.

  • Fueling and Recovery Coaching: Meal ideas, hydration, and sleep habits that support her training.

  • Unlimited Performance Revisions: She checks in every week, and her feedback shapes her plan. If a workout feels too easy or too hard, Coach Ian revises it as many times as she needs.

  • Test Weeks: Retesting every seven weeks to measure her progress.

  • Direct Coach Access: Message Coach Ian with questions, concerns, or help with any part of her plan.

  • Coach Ian at Her Lessons: If she also takes hitting or pitching lessons at Soko, Coach Soko or Coach Fatime can call Coach Ian in when it helps. He watches how her training shows up in her swing or pitch and adjusts her plan to match what he sees.

Make Every Season Count

Every part of the softball year asks something different of her body, so her plan changes with the calendar. The offseason is where the biggest gains happen, because fewer games leave room to build the strength and power that turn into bat speed and pitch speed in the spring.

In the weeks before tryouts and opening day, her workouts get more explosive so she shows up sharp and ready to compete. Once games and practices start stacking up, her plan gets shorter so she keeps her strength without wearing down.

After a long season, a few weeks of recovery and mobility work clear out the aches before she starts building again. If she plays fall ball or travel all summer, her plan follows her actual schedule instead of a generic calendar.

Wherever she is in her season, there's work that moves her forward. Book her baseline test and find out exactly where she stands.
