INDIVIDUAL LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY

Soko Softball, LLC. is committed to providing quality softball hitting lessons to all our members. To maintain the highest level of service and ensure availability for all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy. Please read it carefully, as it outlines your responsibilities as a member of Soko Softball, LLC.

1. Cancellation Deadline: Members must cancel their scheduled lesson at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund. This allows us to offer the vacant slot to another member who may be waiting for a lesson.

2. Late Cancellation Fee: If a member cancels their lesson without providing at least 24 hours' notice, they will be required to pay the full cost of the lesson. This policy is in place due to the fact that last-minute cancellations prevent other girls from booking and utilizing the lesson slot. Additionally, Soko Softball, LLC. rents the entire facility for each lesson, and our costs must be covered.

3. How to Cancel: Members can cancel their lesson by contacting Soko Softball, LLC. via phone or email. Make sure to provide your name, contact information, and the scheduled lesson date and time when submitting your cancellation request.

4. No-shows: Members who fail to show up for their scheduled lesson without providing any prior notice will be charged the full cost of the lesson.

5. Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If a member is unable to attend a lesson due to a genuine emergency, they should contact Soko Softball, LLC. immediately to discuss their situation. Exceptions to the cancellation policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

By scheduling a lesson with Soko Softball, LLC., you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as it allows us to continue providing top-quality softball hitting lessons to all our valued members.

PACKAGED LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY

Soko Softball, LLC. offers the option for clients to purchase multiple lessons in advance, in the form of lesson packs, at a discounted rate. By purchasing these lesson packs, clients agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Multiple Lessons: Clients may purchase multiple lessons in packs at a discounted rate. The discounted rate will be determined by Soko Softball, LLC. at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the number of lessons included in the pack.

2. Lesson Vouchers: Upon purchasing a lesson pack, clients will receive a voucher for each lesson included in the pack. Each voucher may be redeemed for one scheduled lesson and must be presented at the time of the lesson.

3. Expiration of Lesson Vouchers: Lesson vouchers must be redeemed within a specified time frame, as indicated on the voucher or as stated at the time of purchase. Any voucher not redeemed within the specified time frame will be considered expired and will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients must adhere to the cancellation policy outlined by Soko Softball, LLC. when booking lessons using the vouchers. If a client cancels or reschedules a lesson in accordance with the cancellation policy, the voucher may be used for a different lesson within the voucher's valid period.

5. Partial Refunds: If a client wishes to request a refund for unused lesson vouchers, they may do so as long as the voucher has not been redeemed or claimed for a missed or cancelled appointment. Partial refunds will be calculated based on the per-lesson rate at the time of purchase.

6. Refund Calculation: In the event that a client is eligible for a partial refund, the refunded amount will be calculated based on the difference between the discounted rate paid for the lesson pack and the per-lesson rate at the time of purchase, multiplied by the number of unused vouchers.

7. Refund Requests: To request a partial refund, clients must contact Soko Softball, LLC. within the voucher's valid period and provide the necessary information, including the client's name, contact details, and the number of unused vouchers. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame.

By purchasing a lesson pack from Soko Softball, LLC., clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this booking policy. Soko Softball, LLC. reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
